Welcome to Middle Tennessee State University’s School of Concrete and Construction Management (SCCM)

Construction is a $1 trillion-plus industry that impacts every aspect of our lives—where we live, work, learn, shop, dine, etc. and it’s a great place to build your future.

SCCM offers two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Construction Management and one in Concrete Industry Management.  Both programs merge hands-on learning with innovative technology and business management skills.  Please click on the buttons below to find out more about these two programs.

Commercial Construction Management, B.S.Learn the technology and leadership skills the industry needs to coordinate and supervise a variety of commercial projects.
Land Development and Residential Building Construction Management, B.S. Gain a wide range of skills to work into a role managing single-family or multi-unit housing construction or renovation projects.
Concrete Industry Management: Concrete Contracting, B.S.Master concrete basics and gain job knowledge specific to leading and managing projects building structures and surfaces.
Concrete Industry Management: Production, Sales and Service, B.S.Merge technical concrete fundamentals with a STEM foundation and business minor to find your career in concrete or materials science.
Concrete Industry Management, M.B.A.Build advanced business skills in courses tailored to the concrete and construction industry in this one-of-a-kind graduate degree.
